The concept of “Super bracing” was first recognized by a respected researcher in the field of core rehabilitation, Prof. Stuart McGill Ph.D. The foundation of our workouts centers around the theory that the body’s ability to hold structurally stable while the extremities move through or against a resistance. We call it KAI KŌR. We utilize Dr. McGill’s idea of “Super Bracing”, in all of our workouts.
While there are many methods of treating and caring for the spine, extremity joints, and soft tissues of the body. The methods used by Scott Hernandez DC, CCEP, only offer to bring balance and stability back to chronically injured joints or dysfunctionally imbalanced muscles. The doctor only uses these skills to help bring the body back to physical balance, which will in turn increase human performance.
